During this unprecedented time, our thoughts and utmost concerns are for our students and their families, many of whom are from low-income, under-resourced communities in Silicon Valley, who are disproportionately affected by this health crisis due to lack of at home resources and loss of family income. Our students need connection and counsel more than ever before and SVUDL provides valuable structure and community to every teen. Our trained coaches are personally in touch with each student and we are working hard to provide remote Speech and Debate programming and access to online tournaments.
We are undoubtedly facing challenging times. But, with your help - our dedicated SVUDL community - we know we can get through this together.
